Shipping.
All in-stock products will be shipped within two - three business days, unless otherwise stated in the shop. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping information. Products will be shipped USPS priority mail.
Hatch Cove Woodworks is not responsible for delays once the order has shipped.
We are unable to ship furniture at this time. Please check out our delivery options.
Delivery
Hatch Cove Woodworks does offer free local delivery in the immediate Castine area. If you have chosen local delivery we will contact you within two - three business days to arrange a date and time for delivery.
If you are purchasing a piece of furniture we offer a delivery option for deliveries that are within 100 miles of Castine, Maine.
If you live beyond 100 miles, we may still be able to deliver to you. Please email us for delivery options.
Returns.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of shipment. During the holiday season, gift purchases may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit, as long as you have contacted us by 12/31/20. Items must be in original condition. We do not credit or return any shipping costs.
We would recommend you send your returns using a traceable method with full insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
We reserve the right to deny credit for returns that do not meet our return requirements.
